The Silo is located on 3 acres, 1.5 miles from Main Street. The property was a Dairy Farm established in 1862, and the main limestone farmhouse is still a part of the acreage along with 4 other BNB rentals.

Ava Haus is an authentic German Farmhouse located just 3 minutes from Fredericksburg on approximately three acres. Ava Haus offers a unique alternative for family and friends to gather during holidays or as a simple get a way for a few days. Our grounds and guesthouses are ideal for reunions, bridal parties and most any occasion. Guests can book reservations for the Cottage only, or book all three guest houses.
Each guesthouse has a TV with Satellite, WI-FI internet, refrigerator (always stocked with yogurt, juice and water) and microwave. The kitchenette provides coffee, tea and a selection of snacks. Guests are free to enjoy board games, BBQ grills, and explore the ample grounds. At Ava Haus we welcome your entire family to include children and pets.
